Waikoloa Beach Resort
Anaeho'omalu, also known as "A-bay" is the beautiful crescent-shaped, white sand beach at the center of the resort. It is a hub of water sport activity, offering everything from surfing and sailboarding to swimming and canoe paddling. Set just back of the beach are two ancient fish ponds, multiple petroglyph fields, as well as the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa, one of the two oceanfront hotels of the resort. Between the 533 rooms of the Marriott and the 1,240 rooms of the nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village, Waikoloa Beach Resort offers ample accommodations for the tens of thousands of visitors that frequent the resort every year. Also adding to those accommodation numbers are numerous real estate developments spread throughout the 1,352 acre resort. With seven different projects providing varied price-points and opportunities from oceanfront homes and estates to villas and condominiums of every size; it's no wonder that many of those annual visitors become homeowners themselves. In addition to the outstanding hotels and real estate, the resort boasts two award-winning 18-hole golf courses and an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment activities. Even the locals will drive down for some shopping, or dinner and a movie. Guests of the resort can have the Hawaiian vacation of their dreams without even leaving the resort.
